High Performance Power Option at Every Restart

My computer powers on with Standard Power Option.

How can I make it to power on with High Performance or another Power Option?

The reason that I couldn't check the tutorials was because of not having an internet connection and when I am having, it was for a short time.

I am even typing this reply from somebody else's computer.

As you can understand from my late reply that connecting to internet is a big problem for me these days.
