    Missing Navigation Bar

Hello, I'm Scotty, and I am 15, I am pretty good at computers, and some of you have very well build computers, and I have only a laptop, the thing is is that I noticed the Navigation Bar Disappeared, and its messed up because I can not get to certain files on my computer except the downloads folder.. and I use Google Chrome, But it does not only happen in Google Choome it happens in other parts of my computer to, like Windows Live Movie Maker But See For Yourself.. Theres a pic.

    Are you using custom themes?
Run the SFC tool to fix any corrupt OS files SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You may need to run sfc /scannow several times until it runs clear to fix all corrupt files.

I believe three is the recommended number or until no more errors are fixed.

The SFC tool has already fixed the corrupt OS files, you only need to run it once except if it reports that it can't fix the files :)
