    Admin rights

Ok, im in a massive pickle at the moment...

I followed a tutorial on this site, allowing me to skip windows logon and go straight to the PC. I setup "netplwiz" and unchecked the "users need to ptu in a password,"

i restarted the system to see if it was working, and i got a BSOD. I restarted again, and i got another BSOD...

i booted into safe mode and unchecked that box. By accident, i also took away my only account's admin rights. I have not activated the hidden admin file, and i cant run anything as an administrator. I've tried activating the hidden admin account but i keep getting "Access denied," not even bloody system restore works!

any tips on how to fix it, or do i have to reinstall for the 5th time?

    thanks for your help.

Hello Ashk, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Since you no longer have a administrator account, you may be able to boot into Safe Mode again as the built-in Administrator account automatically. If so, then you can change your user account type back to administrator again.

If not, then you can try a repair install instead of a clean install.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

How would i go about doing this? I booted into safe mode alright, but only my account was there to login as.

I might just have to do a repair install, thanks for your help!
