Random "Windows failed to start" when there is nothing wrong

On my Dell Optiplex 780, when I turn on the desktop, I will get at seemingly random times a Windows failed to start message. I say that there is nothing wrong because every single time this message has shown, I was able to select, "Start Windows normally" and Windows 7 continues to boot like if the message was never shown at all. Windows 7 will then boot into the OS, no slowness, no lag, in fact, once I type my password in and I am logged on, it shows no sign of any problem.

If it appears to be nothing wrong at all, especially after logging into Windows, I don't know why I am getting these "random" Windows failed to start messages.

It makes no sense to display that message but start Windows normally always works flawlessly.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?
