How to find Windows 7's application's EXE file

Hi Guys,
I'm wondering... how can i find exe files of applications built in windows 7, for example:

Exe| App
taskmgr.exe | task manager
cleanmgr.exe | Disk Cleanup
wuapp.exe | Windows Update
mblctr.exe | Mobility Center
regedit.exe | Registry Editor
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL mmsys.cpl,,0 | Sound , Playback Devices tab
C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -r -t 30 -c "System Restarting in 30" | Restart in 30 sec with the given msg
C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t 30 -c "System Shuttind Down in 30" | Shutdown in 30 sec with the given msg

for the above apps i know, but i want to find the followings:
Program and Features
Task Scheduler
and other's from Control Panel... How can i find the path for those applications?
Can anyone help?
Cheers

Every Control Panel applet is a file with a .CPL extension. If you perform a search for these files you'll see that they're all located in the C:\windows\system32 folder.
