    Taskbar "staining"

My apologies if I didn't find someone who already asked this. I attempted to search for "stained glass" or "stained," but since "stained glass windows" are real things... you can assume my results.

Perhaps you can put a better phrasing to what you see in my attachment.

The taskbar does this after a while... all I have to do is unlock it and move it to fix it... but it shows up again. I used to put it to the left to fix it... now the staining shows up in both places, even if I haven't put the taskbar on the left side in a long time.

Try searching more laong the lines of "Aero taskbar alpha transparency". "Always on top", too, but "on top" are too short of words to search for.

Also, try toggling back to a non-Aero (old school, non-themed) setup.

Seven Forums search wont let you do this advanced search (like many sites because of bandwidth etc..)
but you could do it with a little google trickery.

Put this for example into google with the speech marks to search for common words as a single phrase on a single site:
    site:sevenforums.com "always on top"
This link does the example for you:
site:sevenforums.com "always on top" - Google Search
