Can you explain your problem better please? Is there a graphics issue? Can you post an image?

not sure what you mean from that post but have you tried drivers?

you may need to installer graphics drivers that may ave been lost when ya installed 7!

if you update your system specs like what computer you have somebody may be able to help!

I think you are saying that the screen makes your eyes tear.
    If so read this
Adjust your monitor's brightness and contrast
You can also change the size of the font if too small.
    Changing font size, how?
DPI Display Size Settings - Change
Window Color and Appearance - Change

    CPU: e6600
    Video: GF 9600 GT 512 DDR3
    RAM:4 gb @1333 mhz
Monitor: Asus VW193D-B 19" / no drivers for monitor even on Asus site/

I know everything looking very strange but maybe someone know the solution and met that problem before
