why do these choices still show up?
most were tests and I have deleted them all.
searched via regedit and still no listing .........

What are "these choices"? It's listing programs that you have on your system, even if you thought you deleted everything. It only gives you options to erase info for programs that it finds still have lingering data on your machine.

looks like they were uninstalled inproperly

ps cleaners really don't do much like tuneup utilities not much your going to gain from that
