No the rest is hardware reserved, i.e the RAM is treated as shared memory which cannot be used

install 64 bit before even thinking about ram changes,mine was 3.25 max until i installed 64bit

my full 1gb graphics card uses it all for games ,give us youre complete specs and ill have a look
