User_Feed_Synchronization the task image is corrupt or has been tamper

When I start Task Scheduler, I get an error:

Name: TaskSchedErr.jpg
Views: 20
Size: 15.5 KB

I found some hits with Vista about this but the fixes don't seem to apply to Win 7. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

It seems to be a process to update RSS feeds for Internet Explorer.

HIDDEN TASK in "Scheduled Tasks"
There are tips for disabling it there that might work for you.

Thanks, but I've been through that already. I cannot find 'User_Feed_Synchronization' listed anywhere.

I did disable it in IE8 Internet Options though, will see what that does.
