Adding start Menu

Hi All .
How do i add "Wds Update" or any link to start menu ...?
"Note : IE link is not there either ..."

To get the IE icon in the Start menu, navigate to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer, then right click on iexplore.exe and click on "Pin to Start menu".

Or Just Drag it to the start menu.
