Explorer pane looks like Control Panel>All

Windows 7 Explorer file pane looks like Monster Control Panel (Control Panel > All) showing files in catagories with heading and lines. How do I get this back to normal? Thanks...

The tutorial below can help show you how to reset all folder views back to default.

Folder View Settings - Reset All to Default

Thanks Brink, but that wasn't it. Click on Control Panel All and look at the right side listing with the little triangle, line and header. This is what Explorer looks like.
