What do you mean by "check the user profile" and "set the user input"? Please describe what you are trying to do.

Your user profile is located in C:\users\yourname. Or, click start, and then click on your account name at the top right of the menu. Don't know what you mean by "set user input". I assume you mean "personalize" your user interphase? Keep in mind, any personalization you do to your account will affect only your account. This includes: Custom desktop themes, desktop icons, taskbar icons, start menu items, email, contacts, colors, programs, mouse settings, volume, etc.
