32 Language Packs

Hi, What is the benefit of downloading all the language packs? I haven't yet. Also, I am still running windows 7 7100 but isn't most people running the 7229? How would I update?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!!

There is no benefit from downloading 32 language packs unless you speak 32 languages.

If you want the latest build then you will have to download it off torrent sites, MegaUpload, RapidShare or possibly Newsgroups if you are subscribed to any.

The latest build to hit torrent sites is build 7232 x64.

Not really much reason to download ALL the language packs. But the reason for installing them is so that you can change the user interface to the language you installed. Example: My wife is Japanese and I made a User Account set to Display all default text and system Messages in Japanese. While my account is still in NA English. As for how to install I think that is being discussed in this thread: Windows 7 7229 Language Packs

The "benefit" as Grim points out is to run Windows in those languages. So you would need to know those to be able to read the text...unless you could memorize all of the English version.
