Problems with Windows 7

My task bar does not look the way it should and i dont know how to fix it



This is how it looks

second my icon is missing for steam


The icon still opens steam just does not show what it is.

For the Steam icon, click the small white arrow shown in the 2st image, then click Customise. Find the Steam icon, and then select the option shown in the 1st image.

I'm not sure about TaskManager. I suggest a reboot and then re-open it.

Double Click inside the RED BOX as shown in my screen shot and it will fix it. -WS

Just double click on the title bar at the top. You're in full screen view mode.

The icon it wont let me change the options and i don't have that up arrow.

OK, then possibly Steam hasn't yet started? Double click your Steam icon on your Desktop, and then log into Steam. Then see if the icon appears at the Task bar.

Even with steam started its still like that

Hold on - please show me a snip on the far right of your TaskBar - where the time is shown.

Ok Jesse. To find items that are already loaded, you need to go to the very far right of the taskbar - there you can see the Steam icon. Do you see that now?
