Windows 7 - Weird scanlines on my taskbar

| | Weird scanlines on my taskbar any one know's how to fix this? i don't quiet remember what i did that might have caused this. but i was customizing my desktop before. i thought these lines are part of a visual style but when i reverted back to the original theme it showed like this  |
