    Programs Minimizing // Losing Focus

Every 29 minutes and 50 seconds, my computer will lose focus of whatever application is active. If it's a full screen app. it goes to desktop, etc. I used a timer to determine this time interval. I can confirm that it's not due to any form of update or scheduled task since I've turned off any and all, making sure to check my task scheduler as well. I've also ran every Anti-Virus/Spyware Program I could think of and still to no avail.

Spybot S+D, SuperAntiSpyware, Hijackthis, AVG, MBAM, and ComboFix all came back clean. AVG is also now uninstalled because some forums have stated that could be a cause of this. I am completely stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

No message at all, it just goes straight to desktop. If I'm watching a streaming video however, it'll shrink back to it's original size, which I'm assuming as it trying to go back to desktop or losing focus.

    Happy to be here!

do you curently have your computer set to "go to sleep" for x amount of time if unused? It can be found in the power options.

oh yes it is a netbook or a desktop? sleep settings could be the reason of this problem too...

My desktop is configured to run full power at all times so no problems with the sleep timers or anything power related. Malwarebytes has already been run as stated in the first post as MBAM. Thanks for all the very fast replies! But still stumped

So you are running in "performance" mode under power options?

Not quite, it's a custom Power Plan which I suppose is similar to High Performance Mode, but it's set to never turn off/standby/hibernate any disk nor display.
