I have a retail version installed and its giving me the same error. Any help? Happens like 10 times per day...

It's not the same problem. The process that's crashing is the same, but everything else - including the reason - is likely to be very different.

You may wish to consider starting your own thread in the "crashes and debugging" forum section.
