    password problem

a friend of mine is having a problem and i need some help on how to fix it. he has a dell mini, which does not have a cd drive, and he forgot his password and can not remember it. i have read that you can use a reset disk to reset the password but he never set it up before and i also have read that you must re install windows and thats the only way possible, but how can i re install windows if it does not have a cd drive? and if i were to put it on usb how would i install it through that if i can not log on and access the flash drive? please help me asap

    You're welcome :)

There may be an easier way to fix this that I am unaware of. Maybe another member will be able to help you out without the need of a clean install
