    Power

It's always been on the bottom right of my computer. Right now its plugged in so it says "fully charged 100%".

Go to the start menu and then right click and go to properties and then click on taskbar and then customize and then make sure the checkbox on the very bottom is checked -- "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar".

    Hope this helps

He said time left, not percentage. Mine doesn't show time either, but my netbook does :s

on my laptop it only shows time left when you get to about fifteen mins remaining until then it shows percent ,it actually opens a pop up balloon with time remaining and advises you to plug in.
edit: actually i have just hovered the mouse over and i see this

It depends on the support of the hardware and drivers.
Some manufactures do not have support for estimating the time.
Not that it is accurate to begin with.

On my Acer netbook, it showed time remaining for about a month or two, then it stopped displaying it.

Hey Vincenzo same thing with my laptop! It actually showed time left when I was running Vista for a month or 2, then stopped, but when I switched to Windows 7 it didn't show at all. I was just wondering how to turn it on

I've just assumed it was some minor growing pain with the new OS, that it would eventually be worked out in an upcoming Windows Update.
