    Hello Franky,

    If you could post back screenshots of these registry (regedit) locations below showing all of the right pane at each location, I'll be happy to see if one of them is the entry for your Bluetooth desktop icon and post back a REG file that will remove it for you. :)

    Code:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\ClassicStartMenu

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\ClassicStartMenu

    Nothing at those locations. There's one more location that it may be at as well. If you post back a screenshot of the location below, I'll be happy to take a look to see if it may be here instead. Be sure that the screenshot shows all of the long number keys in the left pane under "NameSpace".
    1. In the right pane of one of these selected long sub-key numbers, we need to locate the one with the default value of "My Bluetooth Places" as it's description and delete that long sub-key number in the left pane.
    2. I believe it will be this long key number: {6af09ec9-b429-11d4-a1fb-0090960218cb}
    Code:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
