Windows 7: No help files in rc 7100

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
No help files in rc 7100

I've been busy trying to figure out if my updates are working while I ran into an oddity that I'd forgotten about. My help files in 64bit (unlike the beta) were nevere there) I recall thinking it must be an intentional move on MS part when I clean install the os. Anyone else have no help files? I am starting to lose faith in this build. I was planning on sticking it out til the rtm but if newer builds are recieving updates and have a help file I will install the latest. Whichever one that is
