    Theres a link to it. I really don't understand your question though, is something wrong with your system? When (and how, if possible) did you "lose" MS support?

    Have you tried a system restore to a point before you "lost" it?

    I meant help & support software. I’ve included a screenshot of what I get if I click on help and support. Restore is not practical since I can’t rember a long time ago when I go Microsoft help and support vice HP.
