Deceased Task Scheduler.
Hi All, On checking my task scheduler this message appeared “The remote computer was not found”. Checking local services on the general tab “start up type” it was set to manual & all settings were greyed out indicating I could not re-set to auto which I require. I checked all other services it was dependent on & they were functioning correctly in auto start RPC, DCOM & win event log etc. The question I have is this, how do I re-enable auto start for the Task scheduler? NB All actions were carried out with admin rights.
