I personally prefer HashCheck Shell Extension. It is very small, fast, and light-weight. It is being regularly updated and is fully compatible with Windows 7.

I haven't tried HashTab lately. I know HashCheck S.E. has some of the functionality of HashTab as well as QuickSFV, but I'm not sure if HashTab has the functionality like QuickSFV... HashCheck S.E. does.
