This is the name ?? of the file. it is 35mb and that is all the info I have on it. Each of the four that I have received in the last month or so are different but have the same make-up of different character. there isn't any extension.
It's Windows Update droppings....yes, you can delete them. You may need to use something like "unlocker" to actually get them to go away. I do it all the time.

Thanks for the info. I did delete them. I found the file was MTR.exe. I ran the file and it took 1hr 20 mins to run. It found one file that it apparently deleted for me.
