few weird errors with Win7 64bit

Ok using my system as normally, then just few hours ago, some odd things started to happen.

Firstly cannot alt-tab, it just doesn't stay, secondly I can't get the preview of the application on the task bar won't appear correctly. Each time I move the mouse on task bar, the preview flickers as it were.

Now the last things I installed on my system was Firefox RC1 and new nVidia drivers, now removed RC1 of firefox, updated the drivers as I thought it was a graphical error but no luck, anyone else the same issues?

Hi I'm running 7232 x64 and I just tried alt-tab. It appears for a millisecond and then start to flicker incredibly fast.
This is not a function I use much so I just found out since you mentioned it.
I don't get any problems with the aeropeek previews on the task bar. They display perfectly when I mouse over them also aero flip is working fine.
The alt-tab problem is no deal breaker for me and I'm very pleased with 7232.
Just a bit annoying but no biggie.
Have you just noticed it or has it always done that?

    Cheers, John

ps. Oh, and a very warm welcome to the forum

problem is, even though I never used it before, now I know it's there it annoys me.
I reckon it's something to do with show desktop as that sometimes happens as well.

this bug might just be RC and 7232.
odd though, if it was fixed in 7201.

Ok I have worked out the problem...and its soo lame..my headset has an in-line volume control right, so I must have pulled the cable so far that the controls been wedged and been pressed down and was interfering with my system, pulled it out..now system works perfectly...gawd so tempted to format my system because of this!!
