Quick Launch ? Hi.
I want to have the shortcuts be placed ON the taskbar as shown in the screendump attached to this query.
I have read about quick launch here on the forum, but I cannot get the dotted bar at the right of the start be moved.
How can I solve the problem ? | My System Specs |

Hello Darkhorse,
Since you are using the Windows Classic theme, you will have the bar to the left of Quick Launch instead of the dotted lines. See step 8 in the tutorial below for details on this. Quick Launch - Enable or Disable
Hope this helps,

Many thanks. I think I got it.

Right click the taskbar, properties. Taskbar Button Grouping - Enable or Disable
Taskbar Buttons: Always combine and hide labels (i think), Apply and accept.

You're most welcome Darkhorse.
The method that Punkster posted above to enable taskbar button grouping should take care of the text for you. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self built custom OS 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 & Windows 8 Enterprise CPU Intel i7-3930K 3.2 Ghz (O/C 4 Ghz) Motherboard ASRock X79 Extreme11 Memory 32 GB (8GBx4) G.SKILL DDR3 Quad PC3-19200 2400MHz Graphics Card Sapphire HD5870 Eyefinity 6 2GB Sound Card SB Recon 3Di Integrated Chip Monitor(s) Displays 3x 27" Asus VE278Q Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution Mouse Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution PSU OCZ Series Gold OCZZ1000M 1000W Case Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition Cooling Corsair Hydro H100 Hard Drives 256GB OCZ Vector

Sorry, I thought it was ok.
There's still text at the icons on the taskbar, and items to be moved to the taskbar.
Please look at the attachment, thanks! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Homemade OS Windows 7 Ultimate CPU FX4100 Motherboard ASRock 970 Extreme3 Memory 8G Corsair Graphics Card HD5400 Sound Card N/A Monitor(s) Displays Acer Screen Resolution 1600x1200 Keyboard Logitech Mouse HP PSU Seasonic Case ATX Cooling FAN Hard Drives Seagate ST1000DL002-9TT153 Internet Speed 20/1 |

Darkhorse, uncheck lock taskbar, then right click the quicklaunch toolbar and uncheck show title and show text.
