Windows 7: 16Gb flash drive FAT32 or NTFS?

isnt ExFAT natively supported on windows 7 As well as Snow Leopard now?

Only on Snow Leopard 10.6.4, 10.6.5 and 10.6.6

Dean is correct regarding OSX. Anything from 10.6.4 (which is a 2009 build) on up will read exFAT. Windows 7 has native exFAT support.

Oddly enough according to Apple's own statistics, over 68% of OSX Snow Leopard users are still on 10.6.3 and 10.6.2.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
 
 

Formatted Sandisk Cruzer 16GB Flash drive; used NTFS, after unchecking Quick format, the process took about 2 hours.
