    That depends on which version of Windows you have. Group Policy editor is available in Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional and Enterprise. It's not available in Starter and Home.

    Many (but not all) of the settings can also be found in the registry. I'll have a look later when I get back home and see what I can find.

    Is that Windows 7 Home Premium? How does one upgrade? The version I've got came installed on my new Dell a few months ago.
