    If all his windows are blank, how would he run Malwarebytes?

    lol, fair question you can command line it, but even that would be difficult with blank windows.

    In Safe Mode (with networking, to update).

    He said not all of his windows are blank.

    Absent his replies, we cannot help any further. But next I would use a bootable AV CD scan: http://www.techmixer.com/free-bootab...download-list/

    If you regain functionality, then follow steps given earlier to run System File Checker or a Repair Install, or if neccesary Malwarebytes from Safe Mode.

    Next I would boot the DVD Repair console or Repair CD to run Startup Repair, which should offer System Restore. If not, run System Restore from the Recovery Tools list.

    i have try restore but nothing, i cant install malwarebyte cause is blank
    im gonna try the sfc /scannow

    After the System File Checker i restart my pc and
    there is no blank windows anymore all ok
