Sorry guyzz...,may be u all fedup of hearing my doubts and questions again and again and again.....im really sorry for that...,

This is my final time of asking..pls reply only when u r confident about the answer...,

Downloading RC is better of Downloading RTM is better??

after release of full version..,if i apply the full version product key to my already using RC or RTM version..,will that become full version??? or i need to install whole OS again???

pls answer these question...so that i can decide the using of windows Xp is better or using Windows 7 is better till the release of full version of windows 7

Windows Vista would be a better choice to stick with and then you can upgrade to the Windows 7 final and upgrade is cheaper as well.

RTM is the final version (Release to manufacturer) . When you have that copy you will need to activate it with a retail product key .The beta keys & Rc keys wont work on RTM Dan. You have to BUY an RTM Product key. you can use or "extend the activation period" for RTM for 120 days using a the rearm trick.

If your happy with XP stick with it , but id personally go with W7 but its completely up to you mate.

As for downloading the RC ( Release Candidate) , is it better than getting RTM ? well in a way it is because you can try it for FREE, RTM is a full product and Microsoft will expect you to pay for it. RC wont accept the Retail keys as its not the final release so you have to reinstall with RTM.

That make any sense to ya ?

You will not be allowed to us BETA or RC keys with the the RTM version, and vice versa. You will not be able to use RTM keys with BETA or RC version of Windows 7.

    And don't download RTM.

Buy it. There's a good boy...

i thought win 7 is much better than xp, because i use two machine that one of them use win 7 and the other one is xp x64 and 7 still much better than xp. my advice is whatever you do always do clean install when you want to install OS to your machine, unless if you want to have dual boot then install every OS with their own hard drive, do not put it onto another partition, i hope this can help you to decide!
