Strange window around my icons

guys i got prolem. Onbce i turned one my PC this appeared around my iccons.






HELP! Please, its really annoying

Hi Icarus and welcome to the forum.

Are you referring to the "shortcut arrows" on the icons? If so, they're there because those icons are shortcuts to the files/programs, not the files/programs themselves. The icons that don't have the shortcut arrows (like your Recycle Bin icon, or the Erik folder) are links to those folders/apps themselves.

Or, if you're referring to the gray/white box outlines around the icons --- I think you may be seeing them because the background of your actual icon boxes may be showing up slightly against the background color of your screen. You might try experimenting with your theme or screen colors to see if you can hide that.

Not all icons scale up to larger sizes

When scaled past a certain size ie 32x32, then the box appears.

Those that don't have boxes, will have multiple icons that scale correctly ie 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256 etc

If you reduce the size of the icons, the boxes will disappear.
