Is that a startup error or when you try to connect to bt device?

Roughly bluetooth stack means bluetooth drivers. E.g. there is the widcomm stack (now broadcom) or the Microsoft stack.

If you use bluetooth, you need to grab the right drivers for your computer. Make sure all bt services are started and set to automatic startup (at least initially, you can tinker with them later). In device manager, check that there are no yellow exclamation marks against bluetooth radios. You may run into problems with peripheral drivers but the first thing is to locate the right driver.

If you dont use bt, ignore above advice.

OTOH, if its just a startup error you want to get rid of, click on Start orb, type msconfig, click Startup tab, then uncheck any bt entries. Reboot.
