I have fixed all issues on my registry using Uniblue Registry Booster but still I am unable to open them. Please can anyone help?
.UEA files are used my ProtectorSuite QL and is only unlock-able by fingerprint or password backup that was created from the file. Without either, you are out of luck.

And PS: "Registry boosters" don't work. In fact they are more likely to cause harm then good.
Thanks for that, Jonathan,
In fact, I have the opening file in Norton 360 backup but don't know how to open it since I am in a new OS and don't want to restore all my Vista data.
Any suggestions. I'd be very grateful.
