16feb11. I have a Dell Latitude E6410 Win7Pro 32 bit and the Bluetooth is disfunctional.
I added a new bluetooth mouse using the windows automatic discovery process (without specific pairing code method) and the mouse worked fine for a few hours, then it stopped working.
I turned the mouse off/on, pressed the 'search' button and even though the mouse appears in the 'devices & printers' window the mouse.
Bluetooth is still problematic.
Is this a known Win7 issue? or a Dell Latitude issue? - or both?
