Can you right click on it & see if there is any info?
Looks like a warning sign & a meter of some kind.

Thanks for the welcome!

Turned out it was Dell's "datasafe local backup" trying to get me to upgrade to the premium edition.

Had to lower screen resolution to be able to right click & change notification.
