Can't type anywhere and youtube full screen mode is closing by it self

Here is the thing, when i watch youtube videos on full screen, every few seconds full screen closes and it goes back to normal view, also when i typing something no matter where, something resets like when you click on desktop and you have to click again to be able to write again and its almost on every 10sec. I dont know whats the problem, but its really annoying !

Can't type anywhere and youtube full screen mode is closing by it self

    Hi,

I'm facing with very annoying problem...

It's complicated to explain what's happennin and i'll try to explain the best way i can...

Everytime when i'm trying to type something (in skype, browser, notepad...anywhere), i'll type couple of letters and then i have to click again to continue typing, and over and over again...it's like when you type something in notepad and if you click on desktop, the notepad will not be active, you have to click again on the notepad document to continue typing...

Also when watching youtube video in full screen mode, fullscreen mode is closing by it self all the time.

I don't know if thos is some kind of virus or some system issue but i can' stand it any more, so please HELP !!!

It could be viral, it could just be a third party app being too aggressive.
Has this been a problem since installing win 7, or has it just recently developed?

To check for viruses this app has a free version that is generally pretty reliable.

Not to hijack, but I've noticed a similar behavior when I try to type in the search bar and my mouse moves the bar is no longer active and the attention is on whatever my mouse pointer lands on. It's really annoying. I've scanned my pc regularly with Norton, super anti-spyware, malwarebytes, spybot, and adaware. Clean. I think it's the ad banners. But his problem is even with notepad so I don't know. But I've it happen even there wasn't an ad banner. Maybe the websites are causing this?

It's possible don't really know without looking for myself, It could be something as simple as a setting in the mouse software.

It sounds like something is stealing the focus on your screen. Do you have any programs installed that checks something on a regular/periodic basis?

Just formated the hard drive, fresh windows 7 installed (only this time is 32 bit), installed antivirus, adobe CS5 master collection, cuteFTP, call of duty 4 and call of duty 6. That's it, nothing else and i think that the problem may be caused by some virus that came with cuteFTP. I tryed scaning with Nod32 and Avast but nothing came up... PLEASE help, i can't stand it any more...
