| Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 4 posts Racine | Help! Issues! #1. I get a check mark with a duck on my taskbar just before my internet loses connection. I think the “duck” is spy doctor? I can’t find it in my programs at all! When I go back to internet it asks me if I would like to return to my last session. #2. My control panel will not allow me to uninstall any programs, and yes I’m signed in as the admin. I get a popup that says “Ghost Installer” Installation log file not found. Some of these programs came on the computer from best buy. #3. When I download songs or pics I sometimes get up to five copies of the same ones. Even though I have chosen default folders, they go to either video or some random buried folder inside another folder. Organizing these and deleting duplicates is a nightmare!!  |
