    Exotic,

    Disregard my previous instructions.

    Click on the little wrench in the top right hand corner.
    Select Options> Basics.
    Make sure your default browser is Google Chrome.

    Select Under the Hood.
    Select Downloads and change your download folder.

    That should do it.
