    how can i delete such keys?


    Hi
    i uninstalled avast
    but i found many keys

    like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\controlset001\enum\root\legacy_aswtdi\0000\

    i know it 's not a big problem
    but i want to delete them , are related to the avast servise

    how can i delete it ?
    i'm the administrator ,but regkey ->run like administrator but i can not delete

    please help me

    Basically, if you don't want to use Revo and for some reason want to do it manually, then it might be that you have to take ownership of the registry keys first and only then be able to make changes to them or delete them. Running registry editor as administrator does not change individual key ownership, just gives you ability to change that (if you are an administrator that is). But I would side with yowanvista and recommend Revo. It's certainly easier and it allows you to undo the changes it makes in case something goes wrong.

Whenever I use the arrow, backspace, or delete keys, it's as if the key was pressed twice. i.e. if backspace is pressed, two characters are deleted, if the left arrow key is pressed, the cursor moves two spaces, etc how do I fix?
