    Another System 32 Problem

I joined this forum hoping for some answers to my two questions. First, you should now I'm on Windows 7 home premium, and norton security is the worst thing ever.

Norton kept bugging me for money, so I decided to remove it from my computer. Once I did though, norton decided to take a bunch of important stuff with it, like system 32. Now my laptop is screwed.

Question 1. Can I sue the shit out of norton for this?
Question 2. Where can I download system 32 to put it back on my laptop to get everything back to normal? Or should I just send my laptop into a repair center and have them reload the missing files, because I'm not sure system 32 is the only one gone.

system32 is not a file, it's a folder (C:\Windows\system32). If it was gone your laptop would not boot.

Are you getting error messages? If so, what are they (please be exact). If not, what are you trying to do?

Well now the weird thing is it's all back to normal. I can't remember exactly what the error message was but it was C:/somethingsomething/system32/somethingsomething. But after turning my computer off, then back on while calling tech support, everything was back to normal. So I guess it's resolved, but I just wonder why it happened in the first place.

Can I still sue Norton? haha.
