I was going by screen resolution, in terms of the pixel dimensions. 1650x1080, etc. If the pictures are smaller, maybe they can't be stretched.

I blame Microsoft for calling screen size as resolution, when it already meant something else in the graphics world.
Think I have solved it. In your screen shot I see you have chosen "Photos" in your screen saver settings. You need to change this to "Windows Live Photo Gallery" Then the missing "Theme" will be available!
In the Screen Saver pull down menu the only selections available for me are the following:
(None)
3D Text
Blank
Bubbles
Mystify
Photos
Ribbons
There is no "Windows Live Photo Gallery". That is why I selected "Photos"
Thanks for the suggestion. I, also thought that was it.
But sadly not.
Tegiro, I wonder whether this option is missing because you are running Windows 7 Home Edition, and not a higher version.
Hi Sue
I run Windows 7 Home edition and Windows Live photo Viewer is in my list. I think the OP needs to download and install Widows Live Essentials. He will then have Live Photo Gallery! it's part of the Essentials package.
EDIT
Had second thoughts. I thought you could run Windows Live Essentials on all versions of 7. Perhaps not. Am still checking. Anyone with the definitive answer please jump in!
