    User Startup Options

When the EU turns the system on, they see two user names. The "Admin" account -which they can't access because they don't know how- and the account they are allowed to log into.

I need the Admin account to be active, but I want to simplify the login proccess as much as possible. Do you guys know of any way to have the login screen show only the login for one account, while having the other available would remain available through selecting "Log Off" or "Switch Users" or what not? I can do this on our thin clients (XP Embedded), but I haven't found a way to do it on these Win7 laptops. Whatdayathink?

    Thanks, SF'ers!

    Hello Jason,

I suppose that you could set Windows 7 to log on automatically to the 2nd user account at startup. This way they never see the log on screen, and you can still use "Log Off" or "Switch Users" to log on to the administrator account.

    Hope this helps some,
