Windows Explorer crashing..

Hi, i do a clean install of windows 7 build 7229, but windows explorer freezes..

look the error message:

Anybody had a solution?
While I completely understand using a second language, we kinda need the generated reports to be in english. Also we need every thing about you computer, ram, video, OS, and everthing else.
