    installed new router, can't print

    Hello,
I recently upgraded my router to a Netgear N600 from a Netgear N150. I have an HP Photosmart Plus B209a-m wireless printer that was working with the N150, but is not found/recognized by the N600. I printed a wireless network test report, and it reads that the Network Name (SSID) Found...............................FAIL.
I am not certain how to remedy this.
    Please advise.
    Thank you.

Hi, welcome to the forums :)

It sounds like the printer has lost the SSID information for the router. Try the following...

1, Turn off & unplug the printer for 10-15 seconds
2, Completely uninstall the printer software & driver (restart if necessary)
3, Plug in & turn printer on (should reset the printer)
4, Re-Install ALL software & drivers that came with the printer

    Hope it helps

Okay all that does is Reset some Settings so we can start

Have you tried to Reinstall the Printer? This maybe because the Printer is still looking for your old router

Uninstalling and re-installing printers usually works for me. recently I had a problem with the network printer in our office - my laptop saw it, but reported offline all the time, so I could not print. I uninstalled it completely, then re-installed it back, and voila, I am printing now. Not sure what goes wrong there, but at least that's the way to remedy it.

When you install a new Router your printer is still set up for the Old printer and therefore needs to be Changed to the New Router

The printer drivers on your computer should be fine. What you need to do is reset the network config on the printer. If you assign the same IP address to the printer as it had before, your computer will print to it without any changes. All I deal with at home/home offices I set up are network printers.
