Requesting a follow-on task to turning on Admin user...

Those were great directions. Could someone possibly describe how to set the Administrator account so it can access all the programs/files that I had under the other user name? I do hope it's possible to do so.

What do you mean by "access all the programs/files"?? Admins can access almost anything (except trusted installer) What exactly are you trying to do?

Turning of Task Bar Highlights
In windows 7 when i mouse over a task bar item, that item is illuminated. That's fine and dandy -- however -- when i move my mouse off of the task bar, that item stays illuminated. It's a minor annoyance, but it's still something that distracts me. Is there any way to turn it off?
