Stubborn files won't disappear even with Unlocker

Stubborn files won't disappear even with Unlocker.
I also tried cleaning CCleaner, still failed.
I deleted them already from the original file location that is:
    C:\Users\user\Documents\Camtasia Studio

I know you can delete files from the command prompt, but 1st try this. D/L Lockhunter:

LockHunter is a free 64/32 bit tool to delete files blocked by any processes

Install and right click the file, and chose What's locking this file. You can chose to delete it, or close the process locking it. A very useful program that uses almost zero resources. Useful even after this problem is gone. A Guy

No process is using it. If I try deleting if manually it says "could not found item".

    Couple of things.

    1) Try deleting in safe mode.

    2) Navigate to the concerned folder in the command prompt, then type dir to see all the files. Note down the exact name of the file (this is very important), then while in the folder, use the del command to delete the file making sure you use the correct name.

Did you uninstall the program first?

I still need Camtasia but not the file shortcut in my start menu.

I'll try deleting it in safe mode.
