I noticed that when i was playing a game, if i would set it to Realtime, the Gameplay would be smoother, but the sound got crappy.
And when i set it to high, it was not as smooth as Realtime, but with good Sounds.
So the question is, why does the sound gets crappy?
What are the differences that makes the sound get crappy?

I think when you set the game to realtime, it gives more processor priority to the graphics processing, and less to the processing of sound
The difference is the one app is getting more CPU time than the other.
You sounds gets crappy cause the CPU is spending more time with the main program, sound is second on when playing a game so it drops in priority.
I remember at one time there was a benefit to changing it but now that there is more inside of windows and a lot more running I would leave everything as is. Changing this setting you would see Im guess now about 10fps change nothing to write home about. Im sure one of the CPU guys will come in after me and give you the tech run down on how it works this is just a very slimmed down run.
Just think of this "Realtime" is 95% of your item running in the cpu "High" is 75-95% of your CPU time running things.
I actually get smoother performance setting it to "Low" or "Idle"... But I make sure nothing else is running in the background.
I get it, so if i change the priority both AudioDG and the Game priority's to Realtime i should get both working fine , right?
And for the last post, how come when u set it to low priority it actually runs smoother?
