    usb error please help


    im sorry i dont know where to post this so please dont delete the post thank you
    i have usb with 8GB but when i copy 40MB to 1GB the files does not play they became dead files any one ?

    How old is the drive? They don't live forever, you know...

    Is it full? Fragmented? give us some more information..

    And tell us what process you're using to "copy" the files and "play" the files. What do you mean the files become "dead"? How do you know that --- is the transferred file non-responsive, or do you get an error message of some kind? What information do you see in Properties when you right-click on the "dead" file?
